Booking & Cancellation Policy

We have two different kinds of bookings: a secured booking and an unsecured booking.

A secured booking means the client has paid for the security deposit and has secured their date and time slot.

An unsecured booking is when you book an appointment with no security deposit paid. For unsecured bookings, we will inform you if a different client has chosen the same date and time slot as you to provide you enough time to pay the security deposit to secure your booking or to re-schedule your booking to a different date and time slot.

Cancellations are permitted for both types of bookings.

For secured bookings, you need to cancel your booking 7 days before your scheduled date and time slot to get a refund of your security deposit. No refund will be given for cancellations without 7 days notice.

For unsecured bookings, you need to cancel your booking 14 days before your scheduled date and time slot to reschedule your booking. If you are unable to cancel 14 days before, we can reschedule your booking; however, we will need you to pay for the security deposit to have a secured booking.
